A Study On Teaching Chinese As A Foreign Language Of "Wei X"(“?X”)Euphemistic Mood Adverbs

According to the classification and definition of Mood Adverbs by scholars,euphemistic mood adverbs are selected as the direction of this study,and four euphemistic mood adverbs with common morpheme "wei" are selected from them.They are namely"weimian","weibi","weichang" and "weishi".There are plenty of discussions on modal adverbs in academic circles,but little attention has been paid to euphemism.At the same time,as a major difficulty in Chinese teaching,"WeiX" euphemistic mood adverbs are worth studying and exploring for as.This paper divides the content of the article into four parts based on the theory of ontology knowledge and teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The first chapter is the introduction,which summarizes the research summary of mood adverbs,there are plenty of research results on mood adverbs,but there are few studies on "WeiX" euphemistic mood adverbs and its teaching.In addition,according to the complexity,acquisition and teaching difficulties of this kind of adverbs,this paper clarifies the origin of the topic selection and the research methods.The second chapter is Chinese ontology knowledge.Combining with the National Language Commission's Modem Chinese Corpus(web version)from the perspective of semantic research,syntactic research and pragmatic research,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the similarities and differences of "WeiX" euphemistic mood adverbs in different aspects.Firstly,the common sememe[+euphemism,+speculative meaning,+negative proposition]and distinguishing sememe[+evaluation meaning,+suggestion meaning,+affirmative meaning]of "WeiX" euphemistic mood adverbs are summarized semantically.Secondly,through the study of syntax,it is concluded that "WeiX" euphemistic mood adverbs can modify verbs and verbal phrases directly,as well as adjectives and adjective phrases.In the syntactic distribution position,it can be located after the subject,before the subject or in a separate sentence.In the distribution of sentence types,"WeiX" euphemistic mood adverbs can be mostly distributed in declarative sentences,interrogative sentences and exclamatory sentences,but not in imperative sentences.Finally,it concludes that these mood adverbs have the functions of emotional output,focus marking and conversational implicature conversion.In addition,each modal adverb has its own differences in semantics,grammar and pragmatics,and draws corresponding conclusions.The third chapter is the analysis of linguistic errors.By sorting out the linguistic errors of the four words in the corpus,the errors are divided into five types:omission,addition,error instead,error order and mixture.There are relatively more errors and omissions in these errors;in this euphemistic mood adverb,"may not necessarily" and"unavoidable" errors are more than the other two.On this basis,the causes of the errors are analyzed to better serve for the teaching.The four chapter is about the exploration and innovation of teaching.According to the characteristics and errors of foreign students,four effective teaching suggestions are put forward in order to make it easier for foreign students to master such mood adverbs.Including strengthening the analysis of the meaning of words to avoid negative transfer of the target language;adopting the teaching method of "collocation of words"to avoid negative transfer of mother tongue;clarifying the pragmatic environment,highlighting cultural differences,coping with avoidance strategies;improving the recurrence rate of words:and creating a good learming environment.Taking "unavoidable" as an example,with word discrimination as the key and difficult point,according to the basic classroom model,the specific teaching design has been completed.Finally,according to this case,combining the ontological knowledge of "WeiX"euphemistic mood adverbs with the errors of foreign students,the design ideas and characteristics are elaborated,and the shortcomings are analyzed.The last part is the conclusion,which summarizes the research content and all the conclusions of the article,and puts forward the shortcomings of this article.
