Language landscape research is one of the most novel and popular topics in applied linguistics and sociolinguistics.By mining the information function and symbolic function of language landscape,it reveals the characteristics of language in a certain region,the social status of language,the diversity of language,The state of use and the value and status of the language behind it.In recent years,language landscape research has emerged new hotspots,and the influence of language landscape on language learning has attracted the attention of scholars.By collecting and collating pictures of language landscapes,they carried out teaching projects on language landscape to explore the teaching benefits of language landscape for second language acquisition/foreign language learning.Based on this,the author conducted research in the following ways:First of all,the author mainly focuses on Shanghai Normal University,collecting1300 language signs in the fields of campus,transportation and business districts,and conducting Chinese as a foreign language from the appearance of language signs to the language forms in the signs.Feasibility analysis of teaching.Secondly,as the main body of reading signs,foreign students are most important for the recognition of language signs.Therefore,the author starts with the perception and demand,and conducts questionnaires and interviews for international students.Thirdly,the author selects the traffic language language teaching material for teaching design and implementation,and implements the language landscape assistedChinese teaching into practice.Finally,the main points and conclusions of this study are drawn,and the shortcomings of the research are summarized.
