Valence grammar has always been a hot topic in the study of Chinese grammar. The concept of “valence” in linguistics borrows the concept of “valence”(i.e.“direction”)in chemistry to illustrate the dominant ability of predicate verbs in sentence-making.It is to illustrate the dominant ability of predicate verbs when making sentences. In fact, adjectives also have problems with nouns. Therefore, the concept of valence also applies to predicate adjectives. On the basis of previous scholars' research, this study first classifies the adjectives in the syllabus for Chinese Language Major for Foreign Students in Colleges and Universities(hereinafter referred to as “syllabus”),extracts the adjectives of emotional attitude, and then analyses the value, quality and price of these adjectives, and explains the basis and methods for judging them.Secondly,it further analyses the reasons of affection. The errors in the valence of attitudinal adjectives are explained from the emotional attitudinal adjectives in the syllabus and the related syntactic structures,in which the main analysis is the syntactic structure of valuable emotional attitudinal adjectives.Through the analysis of valuable emotional attitude adjectives, some linguistic phenomena can be better summarized and explained, which is conducive to teaching Chinese as a foreign language. This study aims to further expand on the basis of previous scholars' research, thus helping to reveal the profound connotation of the adjective “valence” in the syllabus. The introduction part of this paper first discusses the research value and significance, including theoretical significance and practical significance.Secondly,it introduces the research object and the three research methods used in this paper, namely the literature research method, the inductive analysis method and the error analysis method. The source of the emotional attitude-type adjectives and the adjectives of this type of adjectives. The first chapter mainly summarizes the relevant research results and defines the emotional attitudes and adjectives in the outline.Specifically,it introduces the study of Chinese valence grammar(including the study of the matching of Chinese adjectives)and the study of the matching errors of foreign students in related lexical categories, and then uses the eigenvalue analysis method to define the emotional attitudes and adjectives in the syllabus. The second chapter mainly analyzes the valuation of adjectives of emotional attitudes. It mainly involves three aspects: price, price and price. It analyzes and determines the price component(complement and free description),and analyzes the price according to the situation of the complement. The third chapter mainly examines the valence errors of Chinese students' emotional attitudes and adjectives from the aspects of price, price, price and semantics, and analyzes the causes of the errors. The fourth chapter discusses the teaching of Chinese emotional attitudes and adjectives with the perspective of the price.Firstly,it expounds the significance of the valence theory on the adjective teaching of emotional attitudes.Secondly,it analyzes the problems that need to be paid attention to in the process of using the valence theory in the process of emotional attitudes and adjectives. Finally, based on the above analysis, the theory of valence is applied to the outside world.Chinese vocabulary teaching puts forward some suggestions.
