Research On Refinement Of Provision Of County Public Cultural Services Under The Background Of Big Data

In the era of big data,the big data technology has the ability to help the finer supply of public cultural services,accurately tap the needs of county residents for public cultural services,and make public cultural service providers accurately supply public cultural services and public cultural products,thus making up for public cultural services.The problem of inadequate and uneven development.As a basic unit of transformation and upgrading of public cultural services,the county's extensive supply model of public cultural services needs to be transformed into a refined supply model.Therefore,the author tries to explore the refined path of county public cultural service supply in the context of big data.Starting from the background of big data,this paper takes the refinement of county public cultural service supply as the research purpose,and follows the idea of “theoretic interpretation—discovering problems,analyzing problems—proposing countermeasures”,trying to explore a county public with big data as the background.Cultural services supply a refined road.Firstly,it defines the related concepts of the fine supply of public cultural services in the county,expounds the content and significance of the refined supply of public cultural services in the county under the background of big data,and the role that big data technology can produce in the refined supply of public cultural services.The logical relationship between the supply of big data and public cultural services.Secondly,by taking J County as an example,to understand the status quo of public cultural service supply in the county,the degree of demand and satisfaction of residents in the supply of public cultural services,through field research,there is a supply form and supply content update in the supply of public cultural services in the county;The supply and demand are not equal;the residents' participation in public cultural service activities is not ideal,and the reasons for the problems are analyzed from the perspectives of county development,public cultural service propaganda,feedback mechanism and information management.Finally,from the perspective of the refinement of the supply of public cultural services in county areas,the reform of the supply side of public cultural services in the county,and the improvement of the supply system of public cultural services in the county,the paper puts forward feasible countermeasures to improve the refinement of county public cultural services supply under the background of big data.
