The Research On Rural Public Cultural Services Supply In Runan County,Henan Province

Culture is the blood and foundation of the country and the nation,and it's also the sou rce of human cohesion and creativity.It is an important component of national soft power.It is one of the important tasks for the government to break the urban-rural economic and c ultural barriers and eliminate the dual system of urban and rural development.Due to histo ric policies and the concrete national conditions that our country has more people and less l and,farmers are weak in the spiritual and cultural development all the time,and the new er a of good spiritual civilization can't benefit further to remote rural areas,thus farmers' cult ural rights are not guaranteed.Deepening the reform of rural public service system,improv ing the supply of rural public cultural services is the inner premise of the new rural constru ction,and it is a necessity for the implementation of the rural targeted poverty alleviation p roject.The supply of rural public cultural services should be guided by the central governm ent's policies,and the participation of multiple forces in the society should be widely mobil ized to comprehensively control the weak current situation of rural culture.This study first explains the background and significance of the research,determines the contents and methods of the research,and expounds the relevant domestic and foreign literature of the topic.Secondly,based on the actual research,taking Ru'nan County of Henan Province as an example,it mainly describes and analyses the general situation of the county and the present situation of the supply of public cultural services in the rural areas.And according to the problems and causes in the supply of rural public cultural service in Ru'nan County,this paper analyzes the successful experience of Japan and South Korea in the rural public culture supply reform,and finally puts forward the public cultural service in Ru'nan County of Henan province according to the comprehensive author's investigation and the reform experience of Japan and South Korea.Supply response measures,draw conclusions and look ahead.
