A Study On The Countermeasures Of Improving The Public Cultural Service Supply In Gaobeidian

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Party points out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the main social contradictions in our country have been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of the people for a better life and the unbalanced and inadequate development.Improving the supply of public cultural services is an important part of speeding up the construction of modern public cultural service system,which can further promote the prosperity and development of culture and meet the new expectations of the people to live a better life.As the basic administrative regional unit that is closely related to the masses,the county government studies and consummates the supply of public cultural services,which is an important measure to carry out the concept of "sharing" development and is conducive to strengthening the level of grass-roots governance.This paper selects Gaobeidian City of Hebei Province as the research object,uses the literature method,the questionnaire method,the field investigation method,carries on the investigation to the city public cultural service supply achievement and the existence question,and collects the suggestion to perfect Gaobeidian city public cultural service supply;uses the comprehensive analysis method to carry on the statistical analysis to the questionnaire result,synthetically evaluates Gaobeidian city public cultural service supply level;finally according to the data analysis result,draws lessons from Shenzhen city,Zhejiang province other district county level public cultural service supply advanced experience,puts forward the solution suggestion.This article closely combines the current comprehensive deepening reform and the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization The background of the times,based on the reality of Gaobeidian City,put forward the overall plan,increase supply,comprehensive mobilization,match team,sound mechanism and other specific countermeasures.
