Since the reform and opening up,the cultural film and television industry has developed rapidly with the strong support of the national policy.With radio,news,television and film as the core,the production and sale of network culture,cultural leisure and entertainment and related cultural products are supplemented,thus the development of cultural film and television industry is gradually improved.In the rapid development of the film and television industry,market competition has become increasingly fierce;under the environment of coexistence of opportunities and challenges,the profit model has become the key point for film and television enterprises to adapt to the times and develop rapidly;this is also true core factor in whether film and television companies can win in the market competition in the film industry.Then,it would be of extraordinary significance to select a representative company for analysis in the industry.This paper describes the basic situation of Zhejiang Huace Film and Television Limited by Share Ltd.,one of the film industry and case companies.Based on the comparison of the four elements of the profit model and the analysis of Huace films and competitors,it is concluded that the current profit models of Huace Film are mainly as follows: Taking the full-screen sales business as the main profit growth point,taking the major provincial-level satellite TV and webcast platforms as the main profit targets,and selling a variety of film and television works to them to obtain a major source of income.At the same time,DuPont analysis and cash flow analysis are used to explore the profitability of Huace Film and Television.The final conclusion is as follows: Huace Film and Television's TV dramas account for a high proportion of revenue;Huace Film and Television currently has an overstocked film and television drama,and the existing traditional media has not been digested;Huace Film and Television does not make full use of IP resources,and the development of entertainment derivatives is still not perfect.And this paper proposes that Huace Film and Television should actively deploy the variety business,actively explore Internet channels and develop online dramas;Huace Film and Television should obtain sales revenue from TV dramas through futures trading,and strengthen cooperation with small and medium-sized TV drama production companies in a timely manner,which provides a reference for Chinese listed film and television companies.Finally,the problems and suggestions of Huace's profit model are analyzed,which provides a reference for other listed film and television enterprises in China.
