Research On The Shooting Ceremony Of The Western Zhou Dynasty From The Perspective Of King Power Politics

Throughout the research results of the shooting ceremony,it can be found that most of the past research has been carried out around ritual music.As one of the ancient six arts,the ceremony should be attributed to the ritual system,but its essence is still the political service at that time.By combing the development of the ceremony,it is found that the development of the shooting ceremony is generally achieved by the"top-down" layer.From the many golden texts related to the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty,we can find the figure of the emperor more frequently.There seems to be some intriguing connection between the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty and the royal rule.In this regard,several scholars have also mentioned in their scientific research achievements,but the research on some issues is still general and difficult to understand the truth.Based on various considerations,in order to understand the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty from different angles,this article will use the emperor of the Western Zhou Dynasty as the leader of the shooting ceremony,from the perspective of the kingship politics to explore the issues related to the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty.Correspondingly,through exploring and grasping the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty,it also helps us to understand the connotation of monarchy politics of the Western Zhou Dynasty.The thesis is divided into three parts,mainly from the politics,military and education to analyze and study the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty.The first chapter starts from the political level and discusses the reward system involved in the shooting ceremony of Zhou Tianzi.Specifically,this chapter focuses on the three types of ceremonies such as the Yan shooting ceremony,the guest shooting ceremony and the big shooting ceremony,and it analyzes the many links between the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty and the political reward system.In the process of discussion,this chapter makes a simple analysis of the origin and the nature of various types of the shooting ceremonies with the help of the documents such as the Eastern Zhou Dynasty,the inscription materials related to the Celestial shooting,and the research results of the scholars on the shooting.On this basis,we will further explore the reward system involved in the shooting ceremony such as the Yan shooting ceremony,the guest shooting ceremony and the big shooting ceremony.Through the analysis of Zhou Tianzi's series of reward activities in the shooting ceremony,we found that the reward activities involved in various kinds of ceremonies have a relatively distinct level of color,and all the rewards led by the emperor of the Eastern Zhou Dynasty have certain political significance.The ultimate purpose is to consolidate the kingship politics with Zhou Tianzi as the core and to maintain the stability of the Zhou Dynasty.The second chapter starts from the military level and discusses the control strategies involved in the shooting ceremony of Zhou Tianzi.This chapter is mainly based on the Gold material such as "Ehouhou Fang Ding","Quiet" and "Five Years of Cao Ding",supplemented by the handed down documents such as "Mandarin" and"Historical Records".It mainly discusses the military training,military tactics and military deterrence involved in the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty,and comprehensively explores the connection between the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty and military control strategies.Combined with the political reality of the Western Zhou Dynasty's of Vigorously promoting the System of Separation and Patriarchal System,we say that the military control strategy embodied in the Western Zhou Dynasty is still serving the political power of Zhou Tianzi.The ultimate goal is still to strengthen the "home world" rule of the aristocratic class with Ji surname as the core.The third chapter starts from the educational level and discusses the issues related to the selection of talents involved in the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty.This chapter mainly examines the many links between the shooting ceremony of Zhou Tianzi and education from the talent training and talent selection included in the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty.As an organic whole,the cultivation of talents and the selection of talents have contributed to the social function of educating people to choose talents.Through the analysis of the issues related to the training of talents and the selection of talents in the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty,we can understand that although the types of talents cultivated or selected at different stages in the Western Zhou Dynasty are focused,they have always been consistent with Zhou Wang's rule of the country.In fact,the talents trained or selected by the shooting ceremony are also serving the rule of Zhou Tianzi.In addition,the relevant actions of the shooting ceremony of the Western Zhou Dynasty in the "education of selecting talents" are also the concentrated expression of the king's political and centralized rule in the field of education.
