| In recent years,China’s film industry has developed rapidly and the market scale has been expanding continuously.It has become the second largest film market in the world.The state also attaches great importance to the development of cultural industry,especially the film industry.It proposes that the cultural industry should be combined with the financial industry to improve the investment and financing channels of cultural industry,so as to promote the further development of cultural industry.In order to promote the integration of cultural industry and amount of money,we must improve the copyright services of cultural resources,and the evaluation of copyright value has become a top priority.However,there is no clear and feasible way to evaluate the copyright value of the film industry in China.There are few studies on the evaluation of the copyright value of the film,and the focus is on the box office influencing factors after the film is released.However,the film works need to be invested and financed at the beginning of preparation.This link is before the film is released.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a film copyright value evaluation system before the film is released.This paper introduces the background and significance of domestic and international film industry chain,factors affecting box office movies,film rights related to the value of research carried out inspection and sorting,the status of research relevant literature is reviewed,then research framework on this article innovation and shortcomings were summarized.Then,it describes the film rights related concepts,after source of income film rights were analyzed further to determine the paper film rights valuation should be based on the movie box office revenue as the focus,introduced benefits for film rights valuation into law,but the difficulty lies box office revenue projections.Next,analyzes the limitations of traditional methods of assessment,we consider the combination of the market approach and income approach,carried out at the box office prediction deformed market approach,that box office impact of movies factors analysis,the establishment of a film at the box office prediction model using the multiple regression on this basis,considering the rate of the share box office,the box office prediction value into revenue share calculation formula method,derived the value of copyright.Finally,we choose a use case model and predict box office revenue sharing method to estimate the value of the film rights.End of the text of the study are summarized,and make recommendations to the individual prospect.During the study found that the impact of the movie release schedule and the type of movie box office is very large,limited impact on film production and film distribution company budget box office.China’s film industry for several reasons derivatives market ignored the film,hope to be able to pay attention to the film derivative products,improve the film industry chain.Starting from the status quo development of the film market,the film rights to explore possible ways to establish value assessment system,hoping to provide some reference for the investment and financing needs of the film,also hope to make a little effort to improve the field of assessment to evaluate intangible assets. |
