The novel view of time-space and non-linear narrative structure of the multiple-time narrative film can meet the audience's expectations,which is favored by the director and the scriptwriter.The flexible application of imagery is an important tool to create unique style,enrich narrative connotation and enhance the core value of the film.The usage of imagery is more intuitive and diversified,and it is necessary to express the theme.Based on this,the author created the micro film The Way Home,and by using a variety of images to achieve the multiple-time crossing and provide a new way of thinking and creation for the creation of multiple-time film.The thesis mainly adopts the methods of qualitative analysis,observation,experience summary and literature reading to qualitatively analyzed the general rules of multiple space-time narration and image application through specific films.Based on the previous research results and the mentor's creative experience to create a micro film The Way Home.The thesis also analyzed the application of imagery under the multiple time and space narration.Through the analysis and exploration of the micro film The Way Home,we find that the film has many problems,such as:weak narration in multiple space-time,weak image relevance,overemphasis on Lens language,which seriously affect the quality of the film and the complete presentation of the story.Based on this,the thesis put forward the following suggestions for the specific application of images in multiple time-space narration from the perspective of audience.The flexible application of images is an important guarantee for the exploration of themes in the multiple time-space narrative films.Therefore,in the process of creation,we should pay attention to the refinement and profoundness of images and avoid the formalization of images.At the same time,in the process of creation,we should pay attention to the integrity of the film structure,balance the relationship between narrative and image,and follow the creation principle that image setting serving narration.
