The Applied Research Of The Project Management In The Film&TV Digital Audio Post Production System

Since 1984,the introduction of modern project management theory,after 20 years of development,it has become a popular subject,and widely used in many industries.The effect is so significant.With the rapid development of technology,digital technology has also entered the video post-production industry,so that the film and television post-production technology with traditional analog linear editing system gradually transformed into a non-linear digital editing system,which not only makes film itself has changed,but also makes entire video post-production process has changed the nature of being the transition from traditional analog age to the digital age.Digital is the inevitable trend of era development,in the development of the technology update cycle and to explore new field in the process,will inevitably appear many problems and deficiencies,we only summarize experience and lessons in practice,gradually mature development in the field.In this article,the research methods of theoretical research and case study are used to analyze the project management,such as risk management,cost management,quality management,procurement management and other specific project management methods.The paper analyzes and summarizes the practical process,such as(WBS),network planning,cost burden,responsibility allocation matrix and other projects.It provides valuable reference for the application of project management in the future,and provides reference for other projects of film and television post-production.
