The Aesthetic Study In TV Character Documentaries

Taking aesthetics theory as a tool,this paper briefly reviews the academic history of aesthetic value,and on this basis,it is divided into chapters to carry on the specialized research to the TV character documentary's aesthetics.The first chapter is introduction,which mainly analyzes the significance of the research and literature review.In the second chapter,the discussion is from the aesthetic value to the aesthetic value of documentary and then probes into the aesthetic value of TV character documentary.The third chapter,the aesthetic expression of TV character documentary is analyzed respectively from the three aspects of audio-visual language,narration and theme of the documentary.In chapter four,the aesthetic appreciation of TV character documentary is analyzed from the aspects of appreciation subjects,appreciation process and aesthetic education.On the basis of the above theoretical research,the author's graduation work Dancing Dream Youth,is interpreted aesthetically with the related conclusion of the research.It is interpreted in an aesthetic sense.In the content aspect of Dancing Dream Youth,it's focus on the records and expressions of the hip-hop team Basecamp and in the form aspect,the emphasis of the full use of long lenses,simultaneous sound,and aesthetic expressive force inside the lens are also laid.The aesthetic value of the above characteristics in creation lies in the reproduction of real images,from the man and nature,the man and society,the presentation of the relationship between human and self,then we know the living space and significance of individual lives.Specifically,in this film,to the man character Chen Run,Du Xixi and Liu Qijing are the representatives for the young who are in the pursuit of hip-hop dreams.In this process,they encountered the confusion and persistence.Thus,the appreciation subjects have a preliminary understanding of the living space and the significance of the leading characters.
