The teaching of individual measure words has always been a difficult point in teaching Chinese as a foreign language.Learners of primary Chinese level are most likely to make errors in the use of individual measure words.The current research mainly focuses on the errors of the measure words,while the research on the errors of the Thai individual measure words is rare.Based on the research status of Thai teaching,this thesis analyzes the primary Chinese learners' acquisition and use of the individual measure words in the Hatyai Amnuaywit Technological College,and conducts corresponding teaching research to assist the teaching of Thai individual measure words.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this article is divided into four parts.The first chapter is to investigate the acquisition of 12 common individual measure words in the third-grade foreign language majors of Hatyai Amnuaywit Technological College.Through the questionnaire,it is not ideal for students to master these 12 common individual measure words.It is found the students make some errors on mixed individual measure words.The second chapter is the ontology description of these 12 common individual measure words under the guidance of Chinese measure words,which analyze the semantic,grammatical and pragmatic features of these common individual measurewords.And it collects the errors of these individual measure words in the questionnaire and the original corpus in the daily usage.The third chapter is analyzed the data of the previous questionnaire and found the errors of misuse,mis-insertion,omission and misalignment in the process of using these common individual measure words.Based on these errors,it explores deeply the reasons from the three aspects of teaching,learners and measure words by the errors analysis theory.The fourth chapter is based on the analysis results of previous errors,combined the students' acquisition with the current situation of Thai individual measure words.The article is proposed the corresponding teaching strategies on individual measure words from the textbook writing,teachers,learners and measure words.I hope that these explorations can provide some assistance on the teaching of common individual measure words for Thai primary students.
