To a certain extent,the main theme animated film bears the function of education,which is used to propagate the correct value orientation and promote the mainstream spirit.Throughout the development process of the main theme animated movies in China,it is not difficult to find that they have distinct epochal characteristics.Each era has given animated movies different spiritual core and value orientation,and these spiritual core and value orientation are widely disseminated through animated movies,so as to consolidate and propagate the mainstream values and achieve the ultimate goal of cultural dissemination.But nowadays,with the deepening of globalization,people's perspectives and vision have undergone tremendous changes.Under the impact of foreign animation,the function of education and propaganda of mainstream values carried by the audience's "abandoned" thematic animated films has gradually weakened,and the reform of thematic animated films is imminent.As an artistic form and a way of expression of s ymbolic language,many representative thematic animated films,such as Xiaobing Zhang Ga and Flashing Red Star,are integrated into the symbolic language with distinct characteristics of the times.By analyzing these works from the perspective of film semiotics,we can explore the characteristics and general development rules of Chinese thematic animated films.Summarize the problems.Firstly,this paper combs the related concepts of Film Semiotics and thematic animated films,and then summarizes the development of thematic animated films.On this basis,from the perspective of film semiotics,this paper takes Xiaobing Zhangga as an example to analyze thematic animated films.Through the analysis of visual symbols,auditory symbols and linguistic symbols in Xiaobing Zhangga,this paper summarizes the problems existing in thematic animated films,and puts forward feasible suggestions for the future development of thematic animated films.
