Huang Ming Imperial Edicts is a collection of the imperial edicts from the 1st year of Ming Taizu to the 18 th year of Jiajing.Written and carved in Ming dynasty,it can be used a reliable data.(Jiang Lansheng,1988)In the Huang Ming Imperial edicts, some of the edicts used the colloquial language at that time, and basically reflected the true face of the spoken Chinese in the Ming Dynasty. Therefore,it has a very high academic research value.A description and analysis of the vernacular Chinese in Huang Ming Imperial Edicts in detail, and its comparison with other colloquial data in the same period are of great significance for the study of modern Chinese. However, the current academic research on the Huang Ming Imperial Edicts is still very weak, which has become the original intention of writing this article.Based on the basic frame of grammar study, with a method combining qualitative and quantitative, synchronic and diachronic, this thesis strives to show the basic features of spoken Chinese in the early Ming Dynasty to a certain extent. In this thesis,we will describe and analyze some of the grammar phenomena in the vernacular edicts of the Huang Ming Imperial Edicts, and compare it with other vernacular date in the same period.Furthermore,we will also sort out the development of these grammar phenomena over time to enhance the persuasiveness of the conclusions.Due to the limited length of the thesis,we can't exhaustively describe and analyze all the grammar phenomena in the vernacular Edicts of the Huang Ming Imperial Edicts. Therefore, this thesis only selects some representative morphology and syntax to study. In terms of the morphology,we mainly studied dynamic auxiliary and subjunctive auxiliary, personal pronouns and demonstrative pronouns, hypothetical conjunctions and causal conjunctions,as well as some adverbs and affixes. In terms of the syntax,we focused on the passive and disposal constructions.Initial conclusions: Most of the linguistic facts in the vernacular edicts of the Huang Ming Imperial Edicts are basically consistent with other vernacular data in the same period, reflecting the true face of the spoken Chinese in the early Ming Dynasty. But there are still some particular grammar phenomena in the vernacular edicts of the Huang Ming Imperial Edicts. The body part will give a detailed introduction.
