Study On The Evolution Mechanism Of Geo-setting In The Geographical Intersection Of Great Powers

Theory of heart,edge theory,multilevel world model,and clash of civilizations all emphasize the geostrategic significance of different geographical locations,which further results in the competition among the major countries for the important geostrategic locations and the regional geostrategy in the space.The Geo-setting of the geopolitical intersection among large countries is complex and changeable.At present,China is surrounded by a number of major geopolitical strategic intersections,and Myanmar is one of them.Since the independence of Myanmar,the domestic military government and ethnic minorities have been in constant conflict.However,in recent years,the conflict has gradually become internationalized.At the same time,Myanmar is also an important node in China's "Belt and Road Initiative".In the future,Myanmar's geopolitical development is full of variables in the competition of big countries.Therefore,this article takes Myanmar as an example to explore the geo-environmental evolution mechanism of the geopolitical intersection of large countries.This is of great significance and value for safeguarding China's surrounding security and promoting the construction of the "Belt and Road Initiative".The main processes and results are as follows:Firstly,based on the existing researches at home and abroad,the historical evolution of the global geo-strategic intersection is analyzed.It is concluded that the geo-strategic intersection of large countries is constantly changing with the adjustment of the geopolitical strategy of the great countries,and Eurasia has always been The core area of geostrategy,China's periphery is a key area of geostrategy,and analyzes the current geopolitical intersection of major powers around China.Secondly,taking Myanmar as an example,which is one of the major geostrategic junction areas around China,through the analysis of Myanmar's development history,it is concluded that Myanmar became a major geostrategic junction area during World War II and after the democratization reform in 2010.The qualitative analysis of the Geo-setting of these two periods was carried out,and the quantitative evaluation of the Geo-setting in Myanmar in recent years was carried out.The evaluation results show that although the Geo-setting of Myanmar has fluctuated greatly after 2010,it is still in a stable state.On this basis,using the constructivist method to analyze the background of the global political and economic changes and the preconditions of the Geo-setting of the intersection,the intersubjectivity of geostrategy is the dominant force in the evolution of the Geo-setting.Benefits are the driving force,and the change in the geographical location value is the constraint of the evolution of the Geo-setting.Finally,according to the geo-environmental evolution mechanism of the geopolitical strategic intersection of large countries,the proposal to maintain the security of China's periphery and promote the construction of the "Belt and Road Initiative" is proposed.
