In order to promote the balanced development of education career,realize the education fair,to solve such problems as lack of rural teachers and improve the quality of rural education,the country's Ministry of Education about to do a good job of training education master teachers in rural high school notice and implementation of "master of rural high school education teacher training plan"(hereinafter referred to as "master plan" to recognize),henan province since 2004 the implementation of policy,for the rural primary and secondary school teachers team has trained a large number of outstanding talent,improve the teaching quality and teaching level of the rural primary and secondary schools.Therefore,the effective implementation and improvement of the training process of "master plan" in henan province plays an important role in the future development.This study in henan province "master plan" to recognize music subject to realize the teachers and students as the research object,through cultivation in henan province has the music subject to realize the teachers and students of colleges and universities makes a questionnaire survey of 40 teachers and students to recognize combining teaching school leaders,training colleges and universities of experts and scholars,and part of the focus of study in school music subject teachers and students to recognize the interview,master in henan province "master plan" to recognize music discipline on the cultivation of the status quo,found in training outstanding problems that exist in the process are: There are insufficient enrollment of teachers and students for master's degree in music,distorted motivation to participate in master's degree program,inconsistent teaching subjects and majors,lack of teaching facilities,lack of system guarantee,curriculum setting and schedule to be optimized,and serious brain drain after the service period.Under the guidance of relevant literature and theories,it is concluded that the main causes of these problems are the insufficient publicity of the master program policy,the general positioning of the training objectives of the master program,the lack of communication between the training institutions and the teaching units,and the low attention paid by the teaching schools to the masterstudents and teachers.In this regard,this study puts forward Suggestions to solve the problem from the following four aspects: the competent education departments,the training institutions,the teaching units and the masters and students themselves:The competent education authorities should not take the implementation of the policy as the goal,but should fully recognize the "master program" of music discipline,so as to strengthen the importance and management of the music discipline teachers and students in the training process.The specific measures are: to improve the propaganda of "master plan",to improve the supervision function of education departments,to increase capital input and to provide welfare guarantee.Secondly,from the level of training institutions,optimize and improve the curriculum system,fully implement the "double tutor" system,and encourage the development of winter and summer vacation teaching mode.At the level of teaching units and schools,we should pay more attention to music teachers and students,enrich extracurricular activities,improve the quality of rural music teaching,and increase the relationship between teaching schools and training units.Finally,teachers and students should constantly improve themselves,establish the educational concepts of "lifelong learning" and "self-reflection" and enrich the teaching methods of music.
