Gratitude can meet the need of love and belongingness of people .Gratitude can let students to feel more warmth and happiness of appreciated and loved by people. Gratitude can arouse love of students, make students learn to respect and appreciate others pay for themselves. This helps cultivate the student's healthy personality.On the basis of Chinese unique culture background, the research explore the grateful situation of high school students, different demographic variables variance analysis on the gratitude, the relationship is explored among social support, gratitude and self-worth. The research use literature analysis, interviews, questionnaire survey method .By 800 students' survey analysis, The study reaches conclusions as follows:(1) Self-established gratitude questionnaire has 3 dimensions: first, awareness; second, feelings. Third, behavior; This questionnaire has good reliability and validity, it can be used as a tool for measuring gratitude of high school students.(2) Some significant differences were found in demographic variables, such as sex, profession, but there were no significant differences in grade, sources of home and whether the single-child.(3) There were significant positive correlation between the dimensions of gratitude and the dimensions of Social Support. There were also significant positive correlation between social support and all dimensions of self-worth, And significant positive correlation exists between the dimensions of gratitude and the self-worth.(4)Between social Support and self-worth, there was partial Mediating Effect of gratitude. Social support can influence directly on middle students'self-worth. besides, Social support can also influence indirectly on high school students'self-worth through gratitude.
