Baudrillard is a famous contemporary French philosopher and sociologist, his theoretical analysis of consumer society is a great wealth left to people.Baudrillard believes that the development level of productive forces in capitalist society is relatively high now,and the effective excess of the whole society has been realized. At present, the society has entered the stage of social development dominated by consumption. He uses "consumer society" to represent the new changes of modern capitalism and makes a profound explanation of the new changes of capitalism from the perspective of semiotics. His theoretical narration provides us with a valuable reference view. With the development of modernization, consumption has gradually become the focus of scholars, and Baudrillard's theory of consumer society plays an important guiding role in this research.Using Baudrillard's theoretical narration to look at some social problems(especially consumption problems)not only helps us to understand the contemporary consumer society, but also helps us to strengthen the study of Marx's theory. The problems of contemporary consumer society are mainly manifested in the loss of human subjectivity in consumer activities.Marx believes that satisfying human needs is the process of realizing human subjectivity. The positive significance and limitation of Baudrillard's theory of consumer society need to be further criticized from the perspective of Marx's subjectivity. This paper mainly includes five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction and the basic concept elaboration, simply elaborated this thesis research background, the significance, the present situation, the thought and the method. The second chapter elaborates the connotation of Baudrillard's consumer society in detail, including the background, source and gist of the theory. The third chapter is the theoretical basis and content of Marx's subjective thought.Usually, whether the consumption subject has consumed, mainly through the consumption behavior to judge, and the person is the consumption subject, the human subjectivity should become the internal basis of the consumption activity. The consumer individual in the consumption cognition and the practice inevitably displays three basic characteristics:autonomy, initiative, creativity. Therefore, the main contents of Marx's subjectivity are divided into three aspects:practice subject, value subject and social and historical subject. The fourth chapter is the necessity of examining Baudrillard's theory of consumer society from the angle of Marx's subjectivity. The fifth chapter is the reflection of Baudrillard's theory of consumer society from the perspective of Marx's subjectivity. Our contemporary consumers should think:first,we need to reexamine and judge our value system.Second,we shoud participate in creative labor practices.Consumption is an important part of social production.Human sociality is reflected in human initiative and creativity.Personalized consumption and social production are not contradictory.Thirdly,we should understand that consumption life is also a historical process, and the subject of consumption is always in the flow state of self-generation and self-improvement flow.
