In the process of teaching,we often find that although new-handed teachers have received some training,their teaching effects are different and problems occur frequently.It is said that only when problems are found can they be solved,therefore,this article will take new-handed Chinese teachers from overseas Confucius Institute headquarters and teaching centers as object in the research,focusing on the speech-type interactive behaviors that occur in the classroom,hoping to find out their problems in teaching and provide effective suggestions for their future development.In order to make the results more scientific and quantitative,the author mainly adopted FIAS,that is,"Flanders interactive analysis system" in the research.In addition,the author also designed a questionnaire for students to verify and supplement the analysis results of FIAS.This paper consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction and the second chapter is the summary of the research,which respectively explains the research background,research purpose and significance,research ideas and theoretical support;the third chapter is the overall research design,which mainly explains the research object,curriculum type and the method of using FIAS.It also explains the design method and investigation purpose of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter is the key part of this study,which is composed of two sections:FIAS analysis and questionnaire analysis.In FIAS analysis,it mainly discusses the following questions:who plays the role of the leader in the classroom,whether the teacher directly controls the class or indirectly influences the class,whether the atmosphere between teachers and students is harmonious,and which interaction modes the teacher is used to.In the data analysis of the questionnaire,it includes the influencing factors of interaction and the feedback of the interaction effect.The fifth chapter involves relevant problems and suggestions,including two aspects of the new-handed teachers themselves and management training.From the perspective of new-handed teachers themselves,the author thinks they need more self-reflection,self-improvement,and flexible adjustment of their teaching strategies,and so on;from the perspective of management training,the author thinks that more effective performance management,teaching training,classroom observation,teaching competition and more efficient and convenient online communication platform can help new-handed teachers develop better.The sixth chapter summarizes the research and talks about the shortcomings of the research,including the defects of FIAS,insufficient samples and the author's insufficient personal experience.
