The classroom interaction is particularly important for the teaching process, especially in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. At the beginning of the teaching process of the new volunteers of Chinese teacher, because of shorting of teaching experience and lacking of the skills of teaching and so on, the volunteers of Chinese teachers have some problems in the classroom interaction. This study uses the Flanders Interaction Analysis System to have a research and analysis about the classroom interaction of the Confucius Institute in Free International University in Moldova. According to the research, the new volunteers of Chinese teacher cannot communicate with students effectively during the time of having classes, the atmosphere is not very lively. The new volunteers of Chinese teachers often explain more and students often answer more than speaking initiatively. The research is to observe and record the situation of classroom interaction about the five primary Chinese classes taught by new volunteers of Chinese teacher from the Confucius Institute in Free International University in Moldova, and select one of them to be the sample to analyze and draw a conclusion according to that to prove that the problems indeed exist. Then to analyze another four primary Chinese classes according to the same way and to make five data sheets integrate which can reflect the situation of the interaction of five Chinese classes and to get the facts of the classroom interaction about the whole primary Chinese classes taught by new volunteers of Chinese teacher from the Confucius Institute in Free International University in Moldova after the analysis from four aspects such as the structure of classroom teaching, the style of classroom teaching, the atmosphere of classroom teaching and the languages of classroom teaching. After that we may discover some problems exist in the classroom interaction of new volunteers of Chinese teacher in teaching process from that analysis. This research tries to find the way to find the reasons of these problems and tries to solve them. At the same time, this research get some suggestions finally on training and cultivating of the new volunteers of Chinese teachers.
