The progress of Tourism Performing Arts can not only promote the development of seasonless tourism in tourist destinations,prolong tourists' stay time and increase tourism comprehensive income,but also have the cultural and social functions of promoting the innovation and development of traditional culture and enhancing the brand image of the destination,which is a realistic and feasible way to promote the convergence of culture industry and tourism.The paper collects relevant materials,uses literature analysis methods,in-depth interviews,and combines two representative annual reports of tourism performing arts companies to examine the basic status of typical tourism performing arts enterprises,Yunnan Yang Liping Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.(Yunnan Image).In-depth exploration of the problems of Yunnan Yang Liping Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.Through various types of information such as financial statements,we will sort out the basic situation of the company from various aspects such as business model,profitability and marketing.The comparative analysis method is used to compare and analyze the outstanding enterprises in the industry(with Songcheng Performing Development Co.,Ltd.as the benchmarking enterprise),mainly using the value chain theory to carry out the value activities of each link in the value chain of the two tourism performing arts enterprises.To compare and analyze the problems and shortcomings of Yunnan Yang Liping Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.,and propose a targeted development strategy to promote the steady development of Yunnan Yang Liping Culture Communication Co.,Ltd.and provide useful benefits for other business entities in the same industry.
