| The talent of "Jingpiao" is a unique phenomenon formed in the process of porcelain making in Jingdezhen for more than one thousand years.Especially since the reform and opening up,the quantity and quality of "Jingpiao" talents have increased significantly and improved,which has played a positive role in promoting the development of Jingdezhen ceramics industry.At present,relevant departments of Jingdezhen attach great importance to "Jingpiao" talents,and take multiple measures to serve "Jingpiao" talents,and have made remarkable achievements.However,faced with the increasingly diverse needs of "Jingpiao" talents,local government departments should further improve their service and management level.Based on the systematic analysis of the causes of "Jingpiao" talent phenomenon,this paper summarized the main measures taken by Jingdezhen in the aspects of "Jingpiao" talent service and management,examined and grasping the service and management of "Jingpiao" talents under the background and vision of promoting the transformation and development of Jingdezhen ceramics industry.Based on the analysis of the main problems in the service and management of "Jingpiao" talents in Jingdezhen,according to the ceramic industry transformation development demand put forward countermeasures and suggestions in optimizing the structure of "JingPiao" talent,perfecting service "JingPiao" talent policy mechanism,strengthening the vocational education of "JingPiao" talent,building a more diverse service "JingPiao" talent platform,maintenance "JingPiao" talents of intellectual property rights according to law,protecting their legitimate rights and interests,promoting the realization of self-value and social value of "JingPiao" talent service and management. |
