As one of the four ancient civilizations,China has a long history and splendid culture.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the party and the state have placed a more prominent position in building a socialist cultural power,and more emphasis has been placed on enhancing people's cultural awareness and confidence."We must convince people with reason,serve people with morality,serve people with morality,improve the level of foreign cultural exchanges,improve the mechanism of cultural exchanges,innovate humanistic communication methods,and use a variety of methods such as mass communication,group communication,and interpersonal communication to demonstrate Chinese culture" this is a requirement of General Secretary Xi Jinping,and also a criterion that every teacher of Chinese as a foreign language should keep in mind.As the backbone of the teaching art of Chinese as a foreign language,students of the major of Chinese international education must not only have a solid knowledge of Chinese,but also have a high level of cultural literacy and communication ability,and become communicators of Chinese culture.A survey of the courses offered by the Chinese International Education Program in colleges and universities found that although most universities have recognized the importance of cultivating students' traditional Chinese knowledge and art,due to the special nature of the courses,the content is rich and the teaching methods are diverse,Has not yet established a systematic teaching system.Therefore,in order to improve the teaching system of Chinese art courses,correct the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese art,and explore more effective teaching strategies and methods,this article starts from the setting of teaching scale,the choice of teaching venues,and the preparation of teaching aids.I set out to comprehensively investigate the current status of the Chinese art courses of the Master of Chinese International Education in four universities in Henan Province.Through various survey methods such as questionnaire surveys and interview methods,we thoroughly analyzed the shortcomings and deficiencies in the curriculum setting of Chinese art courses.It alsotraces the root of the problem,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the improvement of Chinese art courses from the aspects of colleges and universities' attention,curriculum establishment,teachers' teaching,and students' situation.The construction of the curriculum has brought some positive impacts.At the same time,it is hoped that the survey data and analysis in this article can help the construction and improvement of the Chinese art courses system.
