The establishment of the CPIK(Chinese Program in Korea)in South Korea in 2012 has undoubtedly made the development of Chinese teaching in South Korea go further.The CPIK mainly relies on the cooperative teaching of Chinese teachers from China and South Korea.Although the program has covered primary and secondary schools in various urban areas of South Korea,and the collaborative teaching of Chinese is also developing,the CPIK program still has regional imbalance in the collaborative teaching.Therefore,based on the author's teaching experience in the 2018 CPIK at Banseok High School in Daejeon,this paper investigates the collaborative teaching of Chinese among the schools participated in the CPIK program in Daejeon.To begin with,the author introduces the current situation of Chinese teaching in Daejeon,South Korea,which mainly involves the education system and Chinese education in South Korea,the schools participating in the CPIK and their Chinese curriculum in Daejeon,South Korea,the teachers and students in the collaborative teaching of Chinese and the types and usage of Chinese textbooks.Then the author uses questionnaires and interviews to investigate the implementation of the collaborative teaching Chinese and its implementation in lesson preparation,teaching,evaluation and classroom management in Daejeon middle schools.What's more,the author focuses on the collaboration awareness of Chinese and Korean teachers and investigates the recognition,initiative,teacher relationship and evaluation of Chinese and Korean teachers in Daejeon area to the collaborative teaching model of Chinese.Besides,the author analyzes the factors influencing the collaborative teaching of Chinese and Korean teachers in Daejeon area and feedback from students on the collaborative teaching model of Chinese.Based on the awareness of Chinese and Korean teachers in Daejeon area to the teaching collaboration of Chinese,the factors affecting the collaborative teaching and students' feedback,the author points out the problems of the collaborative teaching of Chinese in Daejeon area,such as the objective environment,teaching preparation and problems caused by teachers themselves.Aiming to solve these problems,the author proposes some solutions,including forming a scientific teaching team,optimizing the training content to be in line with the actual needs of Chinese and Korean teachers,focusing on the division of labor,and improving the evaluation system of Chinese and Korean teachers.At the same time,the author summarizes the condition of the collaborative teaching of Chinese between Chinese and Korean teachers in Daejeon area,and puts forward the prospect of its implementation.
