In recent years, the intangible cultural heritage protection and exploitation problems are more and more get the attention of people, especially caused the interest of many experts in the cultural industry and gained a series of research results. Intangible cultural heritage is a valuable wealth about a state, a nation and even a world, so it is very important to how to use and protect the tourism of the intangible cultural heritage.With the development of tourism in our country, the intangible cultural heritage tourism has a rapid speed of the development, especially the development model of tourism, intangible cultural heritage protection and inheritance which has played a positive role. However, up to now, the relevant research on the performance evaluation of the development mode of tourism are still in the exploration stage.This paper, based on the comprehensive review of the development of the relevant results of the intangible cultural heritage development mode, used comprehensively the methods of literature study, interviewing and expert consultation to construct the evaluation index system of the intangible cultural heritage development mode, which included three primary index, six secondary indexes,24 observed index. And then, based on the expert scoring on the evaluation index system, we exerted Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to confirm the relative weight values of the evaluation index system. Finally, the data was gained, taking the "Tujia Folk Garden" in Zhangjiajie as an example. The results demonstrated that the overall tourism development performance of the "Tujia Folk Garden" in Zhangjiajie is not so good. That's to say, the tourism development of the "Tujia Folk Garden" in Zhangjiajie are not successful and some adjust and planning should to be made further.
