Vietnamese is deeply influenced by three languages: Chinese,Thai and Mongolian Khmer.Although Vietnamese belongs to the South Asian language systems and Chinese belongs to the Sino Tibetan language systems,on the surface,Chinese and Vietnamese have a lot in common. It is also because different language systems lead to the personality of each language. In daily life communication, interrogatives play an important role and are one of the most basic sentence patterns in the language system.Because each language has its own characteristics,Vietnamese students inevitably encounter some difficulties in learning Chinese interrogative sentences. Therefore,I choose this topic to research. The research object is the grammatical form of interrogatives in spoken Chinese and Vietnamese.By using comparative research methods,Vietnamese students can catch Chinese interrogatives better.I hope my research results will help Vietnamese students to use Chinese interrogative sentences effectively. In addition to the introduction and conclusion, this article mainly includes five parts:The first chapter summarizes the definition of yes no questions in Chinese and Vietnamese, and compares them from the aspects of questioning means, sentence structure and answer methods. The second chapter summarizes the definition of Chinese and Vietnamese Wh-question,and compares the interrogative pronouns of nine interrogative ways: asking people, asking things or things, asking specific objects, asking place, asking time, asking nature, attitude or way, asking quantity, asking degree, asking reason and purpose. It also discusses the modal words "ne","a" in Chinese interrogative sentences and the modal words at the end of Vietnamese interrogative sentences Similarities and differences. Finally,it points out the similarities and differences between Chinese and Vietnamese Wh-question.The third chapter is about the definition of alternative questions and conjuctio of Chinese and Vietnamese. It compares the Chinese and Vietnamese alternative questions from the characteristics and structure, and points out the similarities and differences. The fourth chapter makes a comparative analysis between Chinese A not A questions and Vietnamese "yes no questions with interrogative Adverbs".The fifth chapter aims at the difficulties of Vietnamese students' learning Chinese interrogative sentences, and puts forward the teaching strategies of Chinese interrogative sentences.
