As the most widely used typeface in contemporary society,song style has a long history and profound cultural background with its square font and concise stroke form.Its production greatly improved the efficiency of engraving books,met the large number of social needs for books,and made an important contribution to the development of society.Based on the form of early printing typeface and the form of early northern and southern song dynasty,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the form of song typeface in different periods,tries to analyze the features of the form of song typeface in each period,and intends to sort out the flow process of the stroke form from tang kai to contemporary song typeface.The paper is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly analyzes the use of block printing in the society of tang and five dynasties in this period,the characteristics of the type and the proficiency of carving knife.The second chapter firstly analyze the song typeface various pretexts,then analyze the prototype of the period of northern song dynasty song typeface form,including the summary of chirography inscription in the northern song dynasty period,and then analyze the formation of the southern song dynasty period early song typeface form,and the reasons for the formation of the early song typeface for the southern song dynasty period,including the general overview of the southern song dynasty period KeShu font;The third chapter takes the development process of song style characters as the main line,places song style characters in the context of the social development in yuan and Ming dynasties,makes a comparative analysis of song style characters in yuan,Ming,mid and late dynasties,and summarizes their letter-writing fonts in each stage from yuan to Ming.The fourth chapter is mainly combined with the social background of the qing dynasty and the Republic of China and its main letter-writing institutions,to the early,middle and late qing dynasty and the republic of China songstyle in the shaping period of comparative analysis,and the qing dynasty to the Republic of China period letter-writing font overview;The fifth chapter first explains the song characters from the founding of the People's Republic of China to the 1960 s,and then analyzes the form of the song characters.The second chapter explains the development of the song characters from the 1980 s to the present,and then analyzes the form of the song characters at this stage.And discusses the visual feeling and aesthetic feeling presented by the strokes of the song style.
