Research On Interactive Development Of Guangzhou Cultural Creative Industry And Urban Village

In China's rapid urbanization process after the reform and opening up,and it has resulted in the rapid expansion of urban land and the emergence of a large number of "urban village" phenomenon,which is particularly prominent it Guangong and other developed areas.The CPC central committee and the state council issued?the outline of the development plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area ? On February 18,2019,which hopes to give full play to the geographical advantages of the close connection between the pearl river delta and Hong Kong and Macao,strengthens more comprehensive and in-depth cooperation among cities in the greater bay area and accel erates the integration of urban and rural development in the region.According to the outline of the plan,the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area should be build into a dynamic world-class city cluster and an international technological innovation center,which should become an important support for the construction of "One Belt And One Road".There is no doubt that the new round of industrial revolution will bring new opportunities for the greater bay area to seize the commanding heights of the industry,and the introduction of new industries will also bring about the integration of urban and rural development.At the same time,the tide of creative economy has swept the world.As a new growth pole of China's economic development,the cultural and creative industry has maintained a high-digit growth for many years.For example,as a highly developed commercial firsttier city,as well as a famous historical and cultural city in China,Guang Zhou's cultural industry has continued to grow rapidly in recent years and its industrial scale has been expanding.Statistics show that in 2017,the added value of Guang Zhou's cultural industry reached 116.107 billion yuan,accounting for 5.4% of the city's GDP.The overall strength and status of Guang Zhou's cultural industry have shown an upward trend,and cultural creativity has gradually become a new driving force for the city's development.In such a context of urban-rural integration and industrial upgrading,how does Guang Zhou's cultural and creative industry interact with the economic transformation of the village? Firstly,through in-depth field research and first-hand data collection,this paper finds out the common and individual problems in the development of village edge,Guang Zhou City.Then,the development model of cultural and creative industry at home and abroad was analyzed and evaluated by using relevant literature,and the cultural and creative industry in Guang Zhou was compared and evaluated.On the basis of the successful experience,sorting out the theoretical suggestions and countermeasures about the interactive development of cultural and creative industry and the village edge.For example,the establishment and improvement of the cultural and creative industry policy system;How to improve the investment attraction and service system of cultural and creative industrial park;Strengthen the construction of talent team;Overall space transformation mode,etc.Finally,taking Vipshop Topchain Community as an example,the specific planning and design strategies and implementation methods are introduced.The research conclusion of this paper is not only applicable to the development model of Guang Zhou's village edge,but also can provide some experience for the governments or enterprises of cultural and creative industries in other regions.
