Research On The Integration And Development Of Cultural Industry And Tourism Industry In Mazhuang Village,Xuzhou City

With the change of the present social principal contradictions of our country,tourism needs to improve its quality and efficiency,transform and upgrade,and realize the transformation from high-speed growth to high-quality development.The merger and reorganization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2018 opened the curtain of the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry,which has been elevated to the national strategic level.Mazhuang Village of Xuzhou City is one of the National Civilized Villages,the Chinese Folk Culture Villages,and the National Rural Revitalization Demonstration Villages.It has rich cultural and tourism resources,but its integration and development of cultural industry and tourism industry is obviously insufficient.This paper takes the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry in Mazhuang Village as the research object,and uses quantitative and qualitative methods to study the problems and solutions in the process of the integration and development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Mazhuang Village.This paper consists of seven chapters.Chapter ?is the introduction;Chapter ?introduces the concepts and theories needed for the thesis;Chapter ? analyzes the stage,characteristics and opportunities of the integration through the investigation of the village's basic situation and the status quo of cultural industry,tourism industry and their integration;Chapter ? comprehensively uses AHP(analytic hierarchy process)based on expert evaluating method to construct the evaluation index system of the integration of cultural industry and tourism industry in Mazhuang Village.Through experts' marking and calculation of index weights,favorable and restrictive factors affecting the integration are obtained.In Chapter ?,a questionnaire survey is conducted on tourists from the perspective of experience.Through the statistical analysis of the results,factors affecting visitors' experience are obtained,and the reasons are simply analyzed;Based on the above survey and analysis,five countermeasures are proposed in Chapter VI for the village's integration development of cultural industry and tourism industry.They are: Innovate investment and financing mechanisms and raise funds for development through multiple channels;Deepen regional cooperation and realize leveraging development;Break through the bottleneck of talents and meet the needs of development;Take product innovation as the core and constantly create new consumption hotspots;Take more measures and promote brand strategy;Chapter VII summarizes the full paper,forms conclusions,and prospects the future research.
