A Study On The Initial Consonant System Of Ancient Rhyme Draft

Mr.Dong Tonghe's Ancient Rhyme Draft took the text in the pre-Qin literature as the object,studied its phonological system,and in particular corrected the deficiency of Gao Benhan's ancient consonant system,which provided an important reference for the research of ancient phonology and promoted the study of ancient phonology.further development.This article consists of five chapters,of which the second,third,fourth,and fifth chapters are the main parts.The first chapter introduced Dong Tonghe and his Ancient Rhyme Draft and outlined the initial consonant system.The second chapter examines the research in initial consonant of Ming and Xiao mutual harmonization by Dong Tonghe and the construction of clear nasal sounds.We find that,in the explanation of Ming and Xiao initial consonant mutual harmonic reason,Dong Tonghe's clean nasal sound *(?)-compare with Gao Benhan's complex consonant hm-is more convincing.However,from a systematic point of view,Dong Tonghe's clear nasal *(?)-has unsolved problems.The third chapter focuses on the study of the consonants of the consonants according to Dong Tonghe's consonants.We can see that in terms of the initial consonants of the second group,Dong Tonghe's “Zhaoer Gui Jing” is more reasonable than Gao Benhan's ancient *t(?)> middle-aged ts..However,Dong Tonghe neglected the fact that the initial consonants were in harmony with the lip and nasal sounds.The frontal root c-which he constructed was also questioned.The fourth chapter discusses the research on the ancient tombs made by Dong Tonghe.He makes a more detailed classification on the basis of Gao Benhan,and separates the sounds of “Yusan”and“Yusi”.However,Dong Tonghe's metaphorical research still has its shortcomings.Modern scholars have also added new results to the ancient sounds of Yu initial consonant.The fifth chapter is mainly about the discussion of Dong Tonghe's ancient complex consonants.Compared with the higher polyphonic system of Gao Ben Han,the complex consonants constructed by Dong Tonghe are more scientific and orderly.However,the complex consonants constructed by Dong Tonghe are incomplete and do not constitute specific combinations.The research methods of this article are mainly statistics,induction,comparison and internal measurement methods.In addition to the traditional literature,the materials used in the supplementary argument include unearthed documents and relatives of Han and Tibetan languages.Through the study of this article,we strive to have a more objective assessment of the research results of Dong Tonghe's ancient consonants.
