Research On The Design Of "Localization" Of Lanba Earth Art Festival In Wulong

In 2017,the 19^thNational Congress of Communist Party of China?CPC?defined“Rural Rejuvenation”as a national strategy,and research based on rural construction emerged in multiple disciplines.At the same time,artists began to intervene in the rural construction through art,so as to promote the development of the countryside and awaken its vitality.However,in the current practice cases of a large number of art township construction in China,the focus is too much on the practice of artists and the attention to the villagers is ignored.Therefore,there are some problems such as the creation subject's aphasia,the villagers'low sense of identity,the lack of cultural activities and the decline of rural environmental characteristics.On the basis of these problems,combined with the practical analysis of the Lanba Earth Art Festival in Wulong,this paper provides a new reference for the path development of rural construction from the perspective of Local Design.The first chapter describes the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research ideas and methods,and the definitions,to pave the way for this research;The second chapter makes a comprehensive analysis of various cases of art township construction in China,and expounds the evolution of Local Design in the context of art township construction from the perspectives of the evolution of the main body relationship and the evolution of activity forms.The third chapter focuses on the three levels of the design concept,organization mechanism and practice process of the Lanba Earth Art Festival in Wulong city.It analyzes and distills the hierarchical relationship of“Localization”design,and analyzes the case of Lanba Earth Art Festival to summarize its characteristics.The fourth chapter through the Wulong Lanba Earth Art Festival in the Local design mode,artists,villagers,governments,developers and other role conversion discussion,established the villagers'main role,formed the interaction,sharing and participation of the art and the villagers,the realization of exhibition theme on“art back to people”;The fifth chapter summarizes the significance and value of the Earth Art Festival in Wulong Lanba through the three dimensions of the local design,namely the Local villagers,Local culture and Local environment,and discusses the enlightenment of the Local design to the rural construction from the perspective of the art township construction.Based on the design case of Wulong Lanba Earth Art Festival,this paper analyzes the practical features and experience of this case,hoping that these experiences can become the classics of art village construction in China.It provides a case for Chinese art to intervene in rural construction in the future,thus presenting a practice pattern of diversification,multi-identity and localization.As a design approach from the inside out and from the bottom up,the local design mode awakens the countryside in a more flexible way.
