Measurement Of The Distortion Of Factors Of Chinese Cultural Industry

As an important part of China's national economy,the cultural industry also has supply-side structural problems in its development.It is one of the key points of the supply-side structural reform to eliminate the distortion of factor market and factor mismatch in China's cultural industry.The correct understanding of the degree and causes of the distortion of the factor market is the basis and premise for the effective elimination of the distortion.Using the c-d production function and the panel data of the statistical yearbook of China's cultural industry(2012-2016),this paper measured and measured the overall distortion of the factor market of China's cultural industry,as well as the distortion of factors in different provinces and regions in the east and central and western regions.At the same time,the causes of distortion are analyzed and corresponding countermeasures are put forward.The empirical results show that there is an obvious factor market distortion in China's cultural industry,and the degree of factor market distortion is unbalanced in 31 provinces and cities,and in the eastern and western regions.The distortion of factors of labor and capital in the central and western regions is higher than that in the eastern regions.The factors of capital and labor in the east,central and western regions are distorted,and the distortion is negative.The central and western regions have the most negative distortion of capital factors and labor factors,while the eastern regions have the least distortion of capital factors and labor factors.Finally,the paper analyzes the causes of unbalanced factor distortion degree in 31 provinces of China,which are caused by the economy,policies and environment of different provinces in our country.Under the constraints of existing resources,the best measures to transform the mode of economic growth should be to accelerate the process of marketization of factors,accelerate the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,and improve the cultural market system.
