Research On The Optimization Of Cultural Industry Structure In Shaanxi Province

As China's economic development enters a new normal,the development of the cultural industry continues to increase,making a significant contribution to promoting the high-quality development of the national economy.The new kinetic energy with the new business and new business model as the core has been continuously expanded,and it has become a powerful engine to promote the transformation and upgrading of the economic structure.The development of the cultural industry is also facing the problem of structural optimization and adjustment.In recent years,Shaanxi's cultural industry has developed rapidly and its market scale has been growing steadily,but the structural contradictions are prominent.It is the key to solve the structural problems that restrict the development of Shaanxi's cultural industry and constantly improve and adjust the development of various industries of cultural industry.On the basis of the research on the current situation and related theories of cultural industrial structure,this paper makes a comparative analysis from the overall development status to the development status of the three major industrial types,and then proceeds to the current situation of specific subdivisions of industries,in-depth analysis of the internal structure status of Shaanxi cultural industry,and then introduces the deviation-share analysis method to integrate Shaanxi cultural industry.Empirical research is carried out on the economic development of different industries,and the structural advantages and competitiveness of each major industry are analyzed.Through the research,it is found that although the cultural industry in Shaanxi Province has developed rapidly,there are obvious structural problems,and the level of development and competitiveness of various industries are different.Among the three types of industries,Shaanxi Province takes cultural service industry as the main body,while cultural wholesale and retail industries and cultural manufacturing industries are all relatively weak.In particular,the shortcomings of cultural manufacturing industry are obvious.Among the subdividing industries of cultural industry,cultural tourism is the most prominent industry and the leading industry leading the development of cultural industry.Cultural entertainment industry also has a large consumer market.The performing arts industry,radio and television industry,publishing and distribution industry,advertising industry,animation industry are relatively backward compared with the development of the whole country.Finally,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for rationally optimizing Shaanxi's cultural industrial structure: consolidating and upgrading the traditional dominant cultural industries,actively cultivating new forms of cultural industries;making up for the shortcomings of cultural manufacturing industry,promoting the coordinated development of the three major types of cultural industries;developing regional characteristic cultural industries and promoting balanced development of the region.As well as the safeguard measures to optimize Shaanxi's cultural industrial structure,including optimizing the policy environment,formulating relevant policies and measures to optimize the cultural industrial structure;attaching the cultivation and introduction of high-end talents in cultural industry;actively exploring the cultural consumption market and improving the level of urban and rural cultural consumption.
