Under the background of fully developing all-for-one tourism,strengthening cultural and tourism integration and cultivating cultural self-confidence,cultural connotation has gradually become the key to tourism development,and diversified cultural heritage has become important resource of cultural excavation.The academic research on cultural heritage focuses on heritage tourism of some scenic spots,the optimal utilization of intangible cultural heritage,measures of strengthening the protection of cultural heritage.Study tour was formally defined in the relevant documents issued by the ministry of education and other ministries in 2016,which immediately received attention from education,culture,tourism and other aspects.The state has released documents to carry out study tour.On one hand,it is based on improving the comprehensive quality education level and ability of domestic primary and middle school students;on the other hand,with traditional culture and great rivers and mountains,it helps students form the correct patriotism and strengthen the education of village,county,city,provincial and national conditions to contemporary students.Aiming at the curriculum development and content formulation of study tour,the cultural heritage resource has development potential for study tour,which is a kind of educational resource in line with the national conditions.After data sorting,the cultural heritage resource in Cangzhou area includes world cultural heritage site-the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal(Cangzhou section),national and provincial intangible cultural heritage and inheritors,national and provincial officially protected monuments and sites,national and provincial patriotism education bases,national classical scenic spot of red tourism,practical education bases of study tour,scenic spots in different level.Combined with types of resource and actual survey,it is the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal(Cangzhou section),intangible cultural heritage,officially protected monuments and sites that should be paid more attention,which have development value and value in use.And the study tour would be a way to continue the value of cultural heritage resource.Based on tourism resources evaluation,development potential evaluation,intangible cultural heritage evaluation,cultural heritage site evaluation and other potential evaluation,this paper chooses intangible cultural heritage resource,tangible space resource and other factors to measure development level of study tour in Cangzhou area,including intangible resource level,intangible resource species,inheritors of intangible resource,key protection Units,scenic spots in different level,level of economic development,level of education expenditure,traffic accessibility,numbers of primary and secondary school students in details.And these factors has difference of degree when they are quantified.In this study,it is the technology of Arc GIS that helps to classify all the factors and show the difference of level in different areas.Then the study takes factor analysis to calculate an index of composite potential,and the index in different areas reflects the potential level for study tour of cultural heritage resource.According to the calculation,the study divides all the fifteen study areas into three groups,showing different potential level.Huanghua,Hejian,Wuqiao and Cang County are high level in potential.Qing County,Renqiu,Cangzhou City,Botou and Yanshan are middle level in potential.Nanpi,Haixing,Mengcun Hui Autonomous County,Dongguang,Suning and Xianxian County are lower potential level.At last for the study,based on the current situation of cultural heritage resource and the index of composite potential for the study tour of cultural heritage,there are four general paths for developing study tour in Cangzhou,(1)introduce policies for standardization and plan formulations for study tour,(2)focus on featured resource and customize featured study tour projects,(3)increase departments gearing and improve facilities for study tour,(4)integrate technology into tradition and enhance innovation for study tour.What's more,there are specific solutions for high,middle and lower potential level in Cangzhou area,such as build up specific IP of study tour in high level in potential,formulate special plans for middle level in potential,enhance resource development and strengthen other industries as a driving force for developing study tour.
