A Rrsearch On The Definitons Of Shuowen Cited By Jiyun

Jiyun is a large-scale of official rhyme book in Song Dynasty,among which,the most widely quoted is Shuowen.This paper takes the 9,460 pieces of interpretation materials in Jiyun(quoted from Shuowen)as the research content,and the similarities and differences between Shuowen and quotations of Jiyun were compared on the basis of exhaustive collection of materials.It focuses on the difference between them,and classifies the difference.By doing these,it tries to reconsider the material source of Jiyun quoted from Shuowen.There are four parts of this paper.The first part is about the overview of the current research status,it expounds the purpose and significance of the research,and introduces the research materials and research methods of this paper.The second part introduces the comparison results and distribution datas between the interpretation materials of Jiyun quotations and Shuowen,it summarizes the style of quotation in Jiyun and analyzes the term references in Jiyun.The third part studies the identical situation between the interpretation of Jiyun quotations and Shuowen.It mainly discusses the basic identical content,and divides the basic identical content into two categories: synonym of different words and synonym of different teachings.Among them,synonym of different words includes five cases: same characters of different variants,variant characters of the same word,interchangeable homophones,synonymous substitution,heterograph of the same word.Synonym of different teachings includes: adding or removing words,excerpts of the interpretation content,adjust the position of interpretation and change the construction of interpretation.Based on the analysis of the materials,this paper generalizes the dual characteristics of secular and ancient of Jiyun quotations in characters.In addition,on the quotations of interpretation,Jiyun generally follows three principles: simplicity,pertinence and timeliness.The forth part analyzes the differences between the interpretation of Jiyun(quoted from Shuowen)and Shuowen.By synthesizing other literacy books,rhyme books and previous research achievements,this paper tries to distinguish the difference between Shuowen and the quotation of Jiyun.Through these comparison and textual research,this paper determines the unseen items of Shuowen in Jiyun,so as to make up for the deletion of Shuowen.On the basis of the classification research above,this paper holds that there should be multiple sources of the materials in Jiyun quoted from Shuowen.In addition to the big Xu version Shuowen,Jiyun also quote the small Xu version of Shuowen,as well as other versions of Shuowen visible at that time.
