The Study Of Modern Chinese Verb's Emotional Colour

The object of study is modern Chinese verb's emotional colour.This paper consists of five parts:The first part describes the research object,method and significance respectively,summarizes previous research results about emotional colour and explore the issues of emotional colour that needs further research.The second part introduces and analyzes the argument and vague understanding about emotional colour in academic circle.The main contents include: introduce the differences about defining emotional colour in academic circle and define the emotional colour from definition of emotional colour and its judgment base.Confirm the scope of emotional colour by differentiating the verb collected in Usage Dictionary of Modern Chinese Praise and Blame Words.According to the definition of the emotional colour in academic article,pick up the emotional colour verbs used in this research from Usage Dictionary of Modern Chinese Praise and Blame Words by screening one by one.Introduce the different views in academic circle on types of emotional colour and clarifying the types of it based on comprehensive analysis.The third part explore the specific position where the emotional colour of the verb can be attached through the componential analysis.One sememe will be divided into several components by this method,which provides the possibility to further explore the specific position of emotional colour.This article taking this as a starting point to analyze and summarize the semantic components that make up the rational meaning of the verb,so as to find out which semantic components of the verb rational meaning can be attached to its emotional colour.Then,according to the characteristics of semantic components and principles of componential analysis of the emotional colour verb,construct microdescription analysis model of semantic components of the emotional colour verb.The fourth part analyzes and describes the attachment situation of emotional colour of the verb.According to the semantic components of the rational meaning of the verb obtained in the previous section,combined with the actual use cases of the emotional colour verb to comprehensive and systematic micro-analyze of the specific attachment position of the emotional colour of the verb and finally conclude attachment law of the emotional colour of the verb.The last part discusses the causes of the emotional colour of verb from the internal and external aspects of language.
