| As a kind of body movement integrating sports and art,sports dance has dual demands for the physical skills and artistic performance of the practitioners.And because children’s Latin dance has unique advantages and charm in promoting the growth of children,it has gradually become one of the favorite sports dance items for Chinese teenagers.However,with the continuous promotion of children’s Latin dance,there are some problems in the actual teaching process,such as the single teaching method and the lack of diversity of teaching content,which seriously affect the teaching effect of children’s Latin dance.Therefore,how to use appropriate teaching methods to improve the efficiency and quality of Latin dance teaching activities,has become an important issue in children’s Latin dance teaching.This paper mainly adopted literature study,expert interview and educational experiment,taking the students of WUYUN Art Training School as the research object,and then randomly dividing the students into experimental class and control class for teaching experiment.That is to say,the experimental class was mainly adopted competition teaching method for Latin dance teaching,and the control class was mainly adopted traditional teaching method for Latin dance teaching.Finally,by comparing the physical fitness,learning interest and skill levels of students before and after the experiment,and analyzing the data obtained,we try to find out or design a more suitable method for children’s Latin dance teaching,and provide a reference for future children’s Latin dance teaching practice.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1.In the teaching experiment,both teaching methods are helpful to improve students’ physical fitness,however,compared with the traditional teaching method,the competition teaching method is more helpful to improve students’ basic physical quality,such as flexibility,strength and explosive force.2.The competition teaching method can not only improve the students’ ability of controlling the music rhythm in the basic stage,but also pave the way for the improvement of students’ music literacy.In addition,it can improve the students’ Latin dance skill and expressiveness more systematically.3.The competition teaching method can also effectively improve the students’ nerve excitability,arouse their attention and enthusiasm,enhance their confidence in learning,and at the same time cultivate their good learning habits and interest,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the teaching effect.The suggestions are as follows:1.In view of the good teaching effect of the competition teaching method in this Latin dance teaching experiment,it can be popularized in other events with difficulty and beauty.2.The implementation of competition teaching method should be carried out in a planned and arranged way,and students’ psychological changes should be paid attention to at all times.3."There are methods in teaching,but the methods are not fixed." The methods of the competition should be designed according to students’ skill level of each stage.The content of the competition should be designed from shallow to deep,focused and purposeful,and consistent with syllabus.And the intensity of the competition should be controlled within a certain range,so as to achieve the goal of strengthening "competition" by "practice",and driving "practice" through "competition". |
