Latin dance is a skill-dominated performance that is difficult to be beautiful. This project not only requires players to have comprehensive comprehensive technology, but also requires players to have "big strokes" technology. The "big move" technique is a highly difficult technique in the Latin dance project. The difficulty value and completion of this technique directly affect the final competition results. In the technical teaching process, the easy-to-descend teaching sequence is not the only technical teaching mode that can never be changed.Under certain conditions,"difficults first",that is,"difficult first, easy" can also achieve good teaching results.Adopting "difficulties first" for teaching requires participants to have a certain basic technical foundation.Learning difficult and difficult techniques on the basis of basic techniques can yield good teaching results. This research combines the "difficulty first" teaching method with children's Latin dance teaching to conduct experimental research. It is hoped that the research results can help children master the difficult techniques of Latin dance, improve the teaching quality of children's Latin dance, and enrich children's Latin dance teaching methods.Improve the theory and content system of children's Latin dance teaching methods. This paper studies the application of program teaching method inchildren's Latin dance through literature, experimental and mathematical statistics. The following conclusions are drawn through research:1?Teaching organized according to "difficulty first" improves the quality of children's Latin dance techniques."Difficulties first" helps children master the difficult technical movements in Latin dance projects.2?The "difficulty first" teaching method enables children to have a deeper understanding of Latin dance movement techniques, better ability to control music, and the effect of this ability improvement is more significant.3?There is no difference in the effect of improving the performance of the two groups of students. There is no absolute relationship between the improvement of children's performance and the "difficulty first" teaching method.4?Organizing teaching according to the "difficulty first" teaching method is more conducive to the improvement of children's comprehensive technical ability, and the effect of improving students' overall Latin dance skill level is better.5?The "difficulty first" teaching method is more helpful to increase students 'interest in learning. This teaching method makes the students' stress level change from high to low,the degree of physiological arousal is improved, the level of anxiety decreases, and the internal motivation of children to learn Latin dance is strengthened,To increase interest inlearning.
