Academic relative acquisition refers to that the same academic income presents different acquisition experience due to different reference objects.In this study,1544 subjects were undergraduates from some universities in Fujian Province.The study combined with interviews,open questionnaires and other methods to develop “The Relative Academic Acquisition Scale”.On this basis,this paper probed into the general characteristics and the relationship among college students' proactive personality,academic relative acquisition and knowledge sharing behavior.The purpose of this paper was to explore the law of college students' learning psychology and provided useful suggestions for the development of teaching and management in Colleges and universities.The conclusions were as follows:1)The Relative Academic Acquisition Scale included four dimensions:cognitive-procedural,cognitive-overall,emotional-procedural and emotional-overall.It consisted of 19 items,including cognitive subscale and emotional subscale.The scale had good reliability and validity,and could be used as a tool for further research.2)The undergraduates' proactive personality was in middle and higher level,which was significant differences in gender,only-child or not,grade and major.The relative academic acquisition of college students was in the middle level,which was significant differences in gender,only-child or not,place of origin,grade and major.The knowledge sharing behavior of college students shown a general level,which was significant differences in only-child or not,the place of origin,grade and major.3)There was a significant positively correlation between college students' proactive personality,academic relative acquisition and knowledge-sharing behavior.Proactive personality and academic relative acquisition could significantly positively predict knowledge-sharing behavior,and proactive personality could significantly positively predict academic relative acquisition.Academic relative acquisition had partly mediator effect between proactive personality and knowledge-sharing behavior.
