Grassroots Culture Research In The Context Of "Internet Plus"

Grassroots culture,a cultural phenomenon deep-seated in civil life,created by the mass,and rising in media change,has become an attention-grabbing hot topic in social and culture development over the years.Grassroots culture is a spontaneous,popular and civilian cultural landscape gradually formed in the folk field of our country.The rapid development of modern science and technology has enabled the continuous innovation of media technology,the prosperity of media culture,and the practical deepening of media concepts.It has now entered the era of "Internet +" media integration.The great communication efficiency of “Internet Plus” has provided a continual drive for culture dissemination,culture operation,and culture innovation.At this juncture,the grassroots culture,timely holding these new opportunities,stands out in the culture field and revitalizes with new power,making itself again the focus of the public.During the development of grassroots culture,cultural concepts and discourse demands from folks have been continually condensed,gradually becoming a symbol of contemporary Chinese civilian culture,greatly enriching the local cultural ecological environment and becoming a supplement to mainstream culture and elite culture.But in the "Internet Plus" era,the integration of media and the drive of technology has made grassroots culture formally out of the streets,breaking through the paradigm of folk life and becoming a popular cultural phenomenon,creating a feast of civilian culture.Under the influence of "Internet Plus",grassroots culture has not only become a popular style of culture,but also brought abundant resources and capital to the development of the cultural industry.The vigorous development of grassroots culture has influenced the current production concept,communication mechanism and operation mode of the cultural industry,and has promoted a new system of people's participation in the context of "Internet Plus",reflecting the diverse industrial value.It would be,therefore,of great meaning and value to study on the grassroots culture under a “Internet Plus” social context,both for culture dissemination and the operation of culture industry.This paper is composed of the following five parts:The introduction is about the research background of grassroots culture and the current development of grassroots culture.By collecting the relevant literatures,it makes a summary about previous studies.Besides,it also makes an analysis of the necessity and practical meaning to study the grass-root culture in the current “Internet Plus” social context.Chapter one is a systematic illustration of the different connotation of grassroots culture in different dimensions.It starts with the basic concepts and fundamental theories of grassroots culture.Then,by referring to the relevant data and theory,it summarizes the development and current situation of grassroots culture by making a comparison and contrast between the grassroots culture and mass culture.Chapter two is an analysis of the generative mechanism and dissemination patterns of grassroots culture in the current “Internet Plus” social context.Chapter three is a deep discussion of the characteristics,meaning or values of grassroots culture.In terms of the characteristics,it focuses on the aesthetic feature,culture feature,and social feature.In terms of the value,it focuses on symbolic value,human value,and the industry value.Chapter four is an analysis of the current problems in the development of grassroots culture.From the perspective of the culture governance,it firstly makes some case studies.Then,it makes some suggestions relating to culture governance,and discusses the potential better development path of grassroots culture in the future.For the rich and diverse connotation of grassroots culture,we need to study it from multiple angles and systematically in order to grasp the development law of grassroots culture more comprehensively and tap the core of grassroots culture.In this paper,through combing concepts,grasping the status quo,research rules,analyzing values,and proposing problems and solving problems,we will treat grassroots culture with a dialectical attitude.The scientific communication concept and perfect governance system drive the grassroots culture to develop healthily and vigorously.
