As China’s national strength increases and its economic capacity continues to improve,people’s demand for spiritual life increases when their material living standard reaches a certain stage.In today’s Internet developed society,people can come into contact with a variety of cultural categories.For example,cross talk,western musical operas,symphonies and so on in traditional cultural heritage drama performances,as well as different kinds of programs such as movies,TV dramas and various online dramas,cultural activities of different forms have invaded people’s spiritual life explosive-like.Under the impact of many entertaining activities,the appreciation of classical music seems high and low and becomes the choice of the minority audience.In the period when the state strongly supports the development of cultural industry and the establishment and development of local symphony orchestra,how to popularize and develop western classical music and build the brand of symphony orchestra has become an important responsibility for professional music managers in the industry.This paper is to study brand construction process of Tianjin symphony orchestra for subject,using the principle of marketing,management,communication and brand construction,from the practice data and phenomenon,according to the enterprise brand to establish the theoretical analysis of extracted the three major factors in the success of the brand construction of Tianjin symphony orchestra: orchestra brand positioning,the orchestra plays(project)planning,personnel management.By combining theory with practice and summarizing experience in practice,the importance of "brand building" to the construction of symphony orchestra is comprehensively expounded.
