With the rise of international status,political,economic and cultural exchanges between China and other countries in the world are deepening gradually,and the discourse influence on the international arena is also growing.From official to private,more countries urgently need to know China,learn Chinese and improve communication.In the historical process of Chinese becoming more and more involved in the development of the contemporary world,how to better promote the international promotion of Chinese is an important issue concerning the image building of a country and the promotion of cultural soft power.With the policy of the "belt and road" driving the economic and trade between the Eurasian continent,it will also increase the Chinese demand of the countries along the route,bringing new opportunities and challenges to the promotion of Chinese in the countries along the route.This paper focus on the path of Chinese promotion under the strategic initiative of the Belt and Road.First introduces the background and significance of the research.The implementation of the strategy of the "belt and road" has provided new opportunities and challenges for the promotion of Chinese in Central Asia.The use of Chinese in economic construction and exchanges between the two sides is conducive to efficient work and speeding up the process of development.This paper combs the research results of the Chinese international promotion under the initiative of "belt and road".Based on the comprehensive data,it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the Chinese language popularization in the "belt and road" countries,including the current situation of the top level design and strategic planning of the Chinese communication,the distribution of the Confucius Institute and the teacher and text book.Further finding out the main problems existing in the international promotion of Chinese language,and based on this,the path of Chinese promotion under the background of the "belt and road" has been studied.It is proposed that the national language development plan should be formulated as soon as possible,the "service view" should be implemented in the planning,the strategic layout of Confucius institutes should be optimized based on the service economic construction,and the laws and regulations for the promotion of Chinese international promotion should be formulated.We should improve the scientificity and professionalism of Chinese promotion institutions,optimize the organizational structure of Chinese promotion agencies,and build targeted Chinese teaching resources based on the actual situation of the " belt and road" strategy construction.Finally,combined with a series of path analysis,combined with the example of Central Asia,the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the problems existing in the promotion of Chinese language along the " belt and road",such as makes use of its geographical advantages and national cultural characteristics to train targeted talents,enhance the influence of cultural soft power,and build an interactive platform by Internet,so as to give some suggestions for further promotion of Chinese under the strategy.
