Recently,with the development of the relationship between China and Kyrgyzstan,the Belt and Road policy deepens the mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries,in order to develop and build a more promising future,also in order to lay the foundation for education progress,more and more Kirghizian international students come to China to learn Chinese.As a new special group,about the Kirghizian international students there are a lot to research,such as their language use and language attitude,so in this study,the Kirghizian international students in Xinjiang Normal university have been chosen to be the research subjects,under the guidance of the theory of language use and language attitude in sociolinguistics,using questionnaires,interviews and statistical analysis and research the Chinese usage and the attitude towards Chinese from the Kirghizian international students.There are 5 parts in this thesis: the first part is introduction,including the background information,the topic selection,the purpose of the study,the significance of the study,previous study overseas and domestics,research subjects and methods and the questionnaires.The second part is the analysis of the result of the subjects,from the three aspects of the use of Chinese language and the frequency of using Chinese in different occasions and different subjects,the overall analysis of using Chinese,and then the cross-analysis of the various factors affecting the language use,analysis the impact of the various factors of language use;firstly from the three aspects of the use of Chinese and the frequency of using Chinese in different occasions and different subjects communicate with each other,an overall analysis of the use of Chinese,followed by the factors affecting the language use of the subjects conduct cross-analysis and analyze various factors that affect language use.The third part analyzes the results of the subjects' attitudes to Chinese,and analyzes the Chinese language attitudes from the perspectives of cognition,emotion and behavioral tendencies.The relevant factors affecting the subjects' Chinese language attitudes are analyzed.An analysis of variance was performed to find out the effective and ineffective factors affecting Chinese language attitudes.Effective factors included five factors: age,education,HSK level,learning experience in China,and duration in learning Chinese.The invalid factors was the academic background.Finally in the subsection analyzes the causes of the difference in language attitudes of the international students from the external social environment and the internal differences.The fourth part is the summary and suggestions,in light of the above analysis results,aiming at improving Chinese language use and language attitude from the international students,corresponding views and suggestions has been put forward from the perspectives of teaching managers,teachers and students.
