A Study Of The Influence Language Planning On Language Situation After The Founding Of Kyrgyzstan

Language planning is an important part of national social planning and social policy.It has an important impact on a country’s language situation,national equality,national unity,national prosperity and even the stability and unity of the whole society.Language planning properly assesses and influences real-life language situation,and language situation is the basis for language planning.Kyrgyzstan is an important partner in the construction of China’s “Belt and Road” and occupies an important strategic position.Based on the Kyrgyz language planning,this paper takes the language situation of college students in Osh as the research object,and aims to reveal the trend of language planning in Kyrgyzstan through the study of Kyrgyzstan language planning and the language situation of college students in Osh.Through the literature combing method,this paper analyzes the development of language planning before and after the founding of Kyrgyzstan,and describes the development characteristics and influence of Kyrgyzstan language planning.Through the questionnaire survey method,the students’ language situation in different periods after the founding of the Kyrgyzstan was investigated to prove that language planning and language situation interacted.This research consists of six parts.The first part is the introduction,which is the summary part of the article,including the research background,research significance and purpose,research summary,research methods,terminology.The second and third sections are the language planning content of Kyrgyzstan before and after independence.The content of language policy in each period includes the embodiment,content and evaluation of laws and regulations.The fourth part analyzes the evolution characteristics and characteristics of language planning after the founding of Kyrgyzstan.The fifth part is the comparative analysis of college students’ language situation in different periods after the founding of Kyrgyzstan.It analyzes the influence of Kyrgyzstan language planning on the language situation of Kyrgyzstan people and summarizes the research results.The sixth part is a summary.Through research,the author finds that Kyrgyzstan’s language planning has a profound impact on the language life of college students.After more than 20 years of promotion and popularization of Kyrgyzstan’s language planning,first of all,contemporary college students’ proficiency in Mandarin is significantly improved,while the mastery of minority languages such as Russian and Uzbek is declining.Secondly,in the field of education,Russian There has also been a certain degree of decline in usage,but Russian still maintains an advantage in higher education;once again,Kyrgyz is accepted by more and more families and becomes a family language;in addition,although people prefer to read Russian media,The content richness of the Kyrgyz media has surpassed that of Russian.Finally,contemporary college students have a clear understanding of various languages and their own and their children’s language planning.The question left to the Kyrgyz government is how to deal with minority languages such as Uzbek and how to deal with foreign languages such as English and Chinese.It is believed that the Kyrgyz government,which has more than 20 years of language planning experience,can come up with a more complete language planning program.
