Research On Evaluation And Promotion Strategy Of Cultural Industry Competitiveness In Jianggan District Of Hangzhou

In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,President Xi pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.As an important part of current cultural construction,the cultural industry is not only a realistic basis for demonstrating cultural self-confidence,but also an important starting point for transforming the way of economic development,and it is also a strong support for leading the city's high-quality development.In recent years,the urbanization process of jianggan district in hangzhou has been accelerating,so this area has become a new center of administration,transportation,economy and culture.With the new situation and new requirements,how to further enhance the competitiveness of the cultural industry has become an important issue to promote sustainable economic development and meet the needs of the people for a better life.First of all,this paper will systematically sort out theories related to the competitiveness of foreign and domestic cultural industries and cultural industries.The first part analyzes the main reasons affecting the development of cultural industry.On this basis,it builds an analytical framework for the evaluation of the competitiveness of cultural industry in Jianggan District of Hangzhou.Secondly,with the help of SWOT model and other analytical tools,this part combined with relevant theories to conduct in-depth research on the development of cultural industries in Jianggan District of Hangzhou.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of cultural industry development in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City were analyzed in detail.Next,with the help of the diamond model,the index system for the evaluation of cultural industry competitiveness in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City was established.Combined with the development data of the cultural industry in Jianggan District of Hangzhou in the past 10 years,this part is horizontally compared with other districts.Finally,on the basis of the above research,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the competitiveness of cultural industry in Jianggan District of Hangzhou are put forward.The research shows that the competitiveness of cultural industry in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City has increased rapidly in recent years,which shows that the comprehensive measures have achieved remarkable results in promoting the development of cultural industry.However,compared with other urban areas,industrial competitiveness needs to be further strengthened and its own advantages need to be improved.Based on this,the research value of this paper lies in two aspects: first,taking cities as the main research objects of cultural industry development from the midscopy scale;second,quantitative analysis of cultural industry competitiveness from the perspective of output efficiency by means of diamond model and principal component analysis.On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to enhance the competitiveness of cultural industries in Jianggan District of Hangzhou,and provides some reference for cities in similar development stages in China.
