Since the 1990 s,China's urbanization process began to accelerate, the upsurge of peasant workers began to rise, the formation of migrant workers groups, and their children stay at home in rural areas,so left behind children groups came into being.Since 2004,the research on left behind children has become a hot topic, which has been touched by demography, pedagogy and social learning psychology. However, more researches focus on the short-term explicit negative effects brought by left behind experience, such as physical health and academic performance decline, because left behind children are not a static existence since the end of 1980 s By the early 1990 s,the first generation of left behind children grew up gradually, and the impact of their early left behind experience gradually showed. Therefore, the paper explores the relevant influence of early left behind experience. The sense of self-worth is an important part of self-awareness.It refers to the positive self emotional experience of cognition and evaluation as the object to the social subject(including group and others)and to the self as the subject, which is very important to the growth and development of human beings in social life. Therefore, this paper explores the relationship between early left behind experience and adult self-worth.First of all, this study conducted interviews with college students with left-behind experience through case interviews and group work to explore the impact of early left-behind experience on the formation of college students' sense of self-worth.Influence can be divided into positive influence and negative influence,to find out the specific factors of early experience on the formation of self-worth.This paper adopts quantitative and qualitative research methods, with quantitative research as the main part and qualitative research as the auxiliary. The relationship between early left behind experience and self-worth was explored through the evaluation of scale and the control of left behind time, left behind age, communication frequency, family relationship and other variables. In order to further explore the formation of college students in the sense of self-worth in the early left behind experience of its impact.Through research and analysis, the following results are obtained:1.There is no significant difference in the scores of the overall self-worth between the early left behind students and the non left behind students.2.There is a strong relationship between early stay time and adult self-worth.With the increase of staying time, the sense of self-worth gradually decreases, and the effect is the bestwithin one year.3.There is a positive correlation between the communication frequency with parents and the self-worth of adults in the early left behind process. The higher the frequency of communication, the higher the sense of self-worth.4.In the early left behind process, the closer the relationship between the temporary foster family members is,the higher the sense of self-worth is.5.In the early left behind process, school factors, kinship grid system and social support will have an impact on adult self-worth.Through the analysis of the research results, the conclusion is that the early left behind experience does not have a negative impact on the adult self-worth.Left behind itself is not a problem, but some key factors in the process of left behind are not effectively controlled and played,so that left behind problems lead to lower self-worth in adulthood. In view of this conclusion, some suggestions are put forward, that is,early intervention should be carried out from the aspects of family function, social learning level, growth process and the construction of kinship network system,so as to further reducing the negative influence of early left behind experience.
