With the gradual opening of the reform of college entrance examination,the college entrance examination will gradually change from "set meal" to "buffet",which means that the assessment of senior high school students' career planning ability has also sounded a clarion call.Career planning ability of senior high school students refers to the psychological characteristics that senior high school students must possess in order to successfully carry out career planning.It is defined as:on the basis of having career awareness,according to the understanding of their own ability and relevant information,establish career development goals,formulate and implement plans related to goals,and achieve the ability of career management in the process.At present,the research on the ability of senior high school students' career planning has been gradually enriched,but the research on the ability structure and ability evaluation tools needs to be in-depth.In order to measure the current situation of senior high school students' career planning ability scientifically and accurately,and carry out more targeted career education for them,on the basis of summarizing the existing research,this study preliminarily constructs the ability structure dimension of senior high school students' career planning through semi-structured interviews and expert suggestions.After the questionnaire project is drawn up,senior high school students and psychology graduate students are invited to revise the questionnaire project to form the initial questionnaire.After the test,item analysis and exploratory factor analysis were carried out to form a formal questionnaire.The reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by confirmatory factor analysis.Finally,the formal questionnaire was used to investigate the ability level of senior high school students' career planning.Therefore,this study mainly includes three parts: the construction of senior high school students' career planning ability dimension,the establishment of senior high school students' career planning ability questionnaire,and the preliminary application of senior high school students' career planning ability questionnaire.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The ability structure of senior high school students' career planning is multidimensional,including career preparation ability,self-awareness ability,access to information ability,career decision-making ability and career management ability.(2)The questionnaire of senior high school students' career planning ability has good reliability and validity.It is a five-dimensional model with 40 items.It meets the requirements of psychometrics and can be used as a tool to measure senior high school students' career planning ability.(3)Senior high school students' career planning ability is in the middle level.According to the theoretical median(Grade 5,median 3)and score distribution,senior high school students' career planning ability needs to be improved.(4)In demographic variables,there are significant differences in career planning ability in gender,grade and family location.Boys scored higher than girls;students in grade one scored higher than students in grade two and grade three,and students in grade two scored higher than students in grade three;students living in cities and towns had higher career planning ability than students in non cities and towns.
