As one of the appellations,social address forms are an indispensable way of communication in daily life.The use of this kind of communicative language seems simple,but it contains rich cultural connotation,especially it involves some traditional culture.These reasons cause the students to make mistakes easily in the course of their use,and the teaching of social appellations is a key and difficult point in the course of teaching Chinese as a foreign language.The research idea of this paper is to introduce the social address forms of the research object first,then analyze the problems obtained through the questionnaire,analyze the reasons for the errors,and finally put forward the teaching strategy.Based on the theory of cultural comparison,error analysis and so on,the main body of the thesis is divided into three chapters:define them separately.The first chapter is mainly to study the noumenon language of Chinese and English social address forms.The opinions of scholars in the comprehensive literature and the results of the author's actual statistics are summarized.The social address forms are classified into eight categories,define them separately,narrate the characteristics,illustrate.And the number,proportion and contrast result of the social address forms in the noumenon are intuitively displayed by statistical chart.The second chapter makes a survey of the senior school students in the English speaking countries.The setting and usage of the questionnaires were explained,and the results of the survey were carefully analyzed.Finally,it concludes that errors are mainly caused by five factors,namely,the characteristics of Chinese social address forms,and the insufficient understanding of Chinese traditional culture by foreign students.Finally,it concludes that errors are mainly caused by five factors,the characteristics of Chinese social address forms,and the insufficient understanding of Chinese traditional culture by foreign students and so on.The third chapter puts forward teaching strategies according to the problems and their causes.It mainly includes five aspects: understanding the characteristics of social address forms,using language environment to teach,appellation strategy and so on.In a word,this paper is a more systematic study of social appellations based on field investigation.It is of certain academic value and practical reference value,from the question to practice,to the practice and then to the theory,to the true and reliable,and to the better development of the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language.
