Research On The Spatial-temporal Evolution And Inherent Mechanism Of Cultural Industry In Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration

In the context of the major project of transformation of old and new kinetic energy is implemented in Shandong Province,the cultural industry is gradually becoming new mainly subject power to promote the transformation of economic development mode.Therefore,it is of great significance to promote the development of cultural industry and explore the spatial-temporal evolution pattern and internal mechanism of regional cultural industry.Taking Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration as the research object,based on the economic geography theories of regional industrial structure evolution,industrial spatial agglomeration,industrial life cycle,and deeply analysis the basic connotation of the cultural industry,the evaluation index system of cultural industry development level of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration is constructed based on the "hierarchical model" theory of Huajian,and using the methed of entropy,weighted sum,location entropy to measure the development level and spatial agglomeration level of cultural industry of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration in 2009-2018.The grey correlation degree between the development level of cultural industry and the influencing factors is measured by the method of grey correlation degree analysis,so as to reveal the spatial-temporal evolution pattern and internal mechanism of the cultural industry development level of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration in 2009-2018.Through research analysis,firstly,the spatial-temporal evolution pattern of cultural industry in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration in 2009-2018 is shown as follows:(1)The overall development speed of cultural industry is relatively fast,and the development level of cultural industry is synchronous with the development speed.That is to say,the areas with high development level of cultural industry have relatively fast development speed and promotion range,and the areas with low development level of cultural industry have relatively slow development speed;(2)The spatial distribution of cultural industry is unbalanced,Qingdao and Jinan have the strongest cultural industry strength,Yantai,Zibo and Weifang have medium strength,while Weihai,Dongying and Rizhao are relatively weak;(3)The cultural industry tends to gather in cities with relatively high development level,such as Qingdao and Jinan,and the overall spatial difference of cultural industry among cities is expanding.Secondly,it is found that the internal mechanism of cultural industry evolution of Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration in 2009-2018 is as follows:(1)The industrialstrength is the most important influencing factor for the temporal and spatial evolution of cultural industry,followed by industrial capacity and industrial efficiency,while the productivity and innovation driving force of regional cultural industry are relatively insufficient;(2)The influence of industrial structure optimization and upgrading,industrial integration and development on the development level of regional cultural industry is growing;(3)The development of cultural industry relies on the support of government policies,and financial support is essential to improve the development level of cultural industry in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration;(4)The development and utilization of cultural resources are insufficient,and the advantages of cultural resources are not fully converted into industrial advantages;(5)The cultural consumption and cultural education are not enough to promote the development of cultural industry in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration.Finally,the paper put forward suggestions for building a "Qingdao Jinan" dual core area,"Yantai Weifang Zibo" peripheral area,"Weihai Dongying Rizhao" cultural industry spatial development mode,giving full play to the driving force and leading demonstration role of the cultural industry in the core area,realize the extensive docking and cooperation coordination between the peripheral area,the peripheral area and the core area,promote the linkage and cooperation between the peripheral area and the development of the regional characteristics of the peripheral area,so as to realize the integration of the cultural industry in Shandong Peninsula Urban Agglomeration.
